At ReLit Bonfires, we believe in creating a transparent, supportive environment for students and families. Please review our policies below to ensure you understand how enrollment, payments, and participation work in our enrichment programs.

Minimum Requirements

To get the most out of our online classes, students should have:

  • A stable internet connection (5 Mbps minimum recommended).

  • A laptop or desktop computer (tablets acceptable, but not ideal for writing).

  • A working microphone and camera for participation.

  • Access to Google Docs or Microsoft Word for assignments.

  • A quiet, focused workspace during class sessions.

Privacy Policy

What We Collect

  • Parent and student names, contact details, and payment information.

  • Any educational or personal details voluntarily provided during registration.

How We Use It

  • To manage enrollment and communicate with families.

  • To process payments and confirm registration.

  • To share newsletters, promotions, and updates (opt-out available).

How We Protect It

  • Information is kept secure and never sold or shared with third parties.

  • Data access is limited to authorized staff only.

Third-Party Tools

  • Payment processors (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo) have their own privacy policies.

  • We are not responsible for external provider policies.

Enrollment & Registration

  • Students are enrolled once payment (or a confirmed PO/voucher) is received.

  • Parents must provide accurate student and contact information during registration.

Payment & Refunds

  • Refunds follow our Dropped Class Policy and Missed Class Policy.

  • Details are provided at registration and on our website.

Attendance & Participation

  • Students are expected to attend scheduled classes and participate in activities.

  • Make-up classes are subject to availability and must follow the stated policy.

Intellectual Property

  • Students retain ownership of their original writing.

  • Course materials are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed.

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to remove a student from class if behavior is disruptive, without refund.
