At ReLit Bonfires, we value commitment, fairness, and clear communication. Please review our policies below before registering.
Dropped Class Policy

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the course begins, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the course begins, we will do our best to fill your spot.

If we succeed, we will refund the remaining balance. (minus the downpayment if the course was not paid in full). ​

If we are unable to fill your spot, no refund will be issued.

After the course has begun, no refunds will be provided.
Missed Class Policy

Unexcused absences cannot be made up and will be recorded as absent. (If paying with a PO, that class will still be billed.)

To be considered excused, parents/students must notify the teacher prior to class start time.

Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same month the class was missed.

Students may make up no more than 2 classes per week (exceptions may be granted in extreme circumstances at our discretion).

All make-ups must be completed before the final week of the course. No make-ups are offered in the final week.

If make-ups are not completed within the allowed timeframe, the absence will count as unexcused (and billed if paying with a PO).
Payment Options
Purchase Orders (POs)

A submitted and approved PO is required to hold your student’s spot.

POs will be billed monthly.

Payment can be made in full or in two installments:

Downpayment due at registration to secure your student’s spot.

Final payment due 72 hours before the first class begins.

Down payments are non refundable.
