Refund & Payments 

At ReLit Bonfires, we value commitment, fairness, and clear communication. Please review our policies below before registering.

Dropped Class Policy

  • If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the course begins, you will receive a full refund. 

  • If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the course begins, we will do our best to fill your spot.

    • If we succeed, we will refund the remaining balance. (minus the downpayment if the course was not paid in full). ​

    • If we are unable to fill your spot, no refund will be issued.

  • After the course has begun, no refunds will be provided.

Missed Class Policy

  • Unexcused absences cannot be made up and will be recorded as absent. (If paying with a PO, that class will still be billed.)

  • To be considered excused, parents/students must notify the teacher prior to class start time.

  • Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same month the class was missed.

  • Students may make up no more than 2 classes per week (exceptions may be granted in extreme circumstances at our discretion).

  • All make-ups must be completed before the final week of the course. No make-ups are offered in the final week.

  • If make-ups are not completed within the allowed timeframe, the absence will count as unexcused (and billed if paying with a PO).

Payment Options

Purchase Orders (POs)

 

  • A submitted and approved PO is required to hold your student’s spot.

  • POs will be billed monthly.

  • Submit your PO through our form. 


Private Payment Options:

 

  • We accept  Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo. Click here for payment instructions. 

  • Payment can be made in full or in two installments:

  • Downpayment due at registration to secure your student’s spot.

  • Final payment due 72 hours before the first class begins.

  • Down payments are non refundable.
